Vicky joins as headteacher in September 2024.

Helen is based at the junior school but leads assessment across both schools in her role as Deputy Head.

Debbie works on both sites in her role as Deputy Head and enjoys working with children from reception to year six. She looks after additional needs at HTPD and coordinates our provision of support throughout the school. Debbie is the longest serving teacher having joined the staff in 1992 and has had the privilege of teaching more than one generation of some of the families in our community!

Tom works across both school sites and teaches in a variety of classrooms during the week. He leads maths and assessment across the school, as well as running the school council and house events. Tom is a deputy DSL. When not in his classroom, he is usually hitting the trails on his mountain bike.

Lilja works across both school sites and teaches in a variety of classrooms during the week. She leads English, early reading and music across both schools. Lilja is a deputy DSL and designated teacher for LAC. In her spare time, Lilja enjoys sport and any opportunity to be outdoors as well as playing the clarinet and being surrounded by music.

Hayley has always worked with young children. She was part of the Special Needs team before moving to a class teacher. Hayley loves reading, pottering in her garden and walking in the Surrey Hills with her friends, family and little dog Max.

Prior to teaching I spent a year travelling around South East Asia and living in Malaysia. I worked as a Higher Level TA before qualifying as a teacher. I love travelling and exploring new places. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, fitness classes and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jo enjoys working with all ages at HTPD and loves seeing the children develop and flourish in the classroom. She never misses an opportunity to encompass fun in all aspects of learning. In her spare time, Jo loves reading, baking and exploring the Surrey countryside.

Emily moves to Beech class in Year 1 and considers herself very lucky to have been able to teach at both the infants and the juniors over the years. She organises house events at the juniors with the help of the fabulous house captains. Emily loves being outside - gardening, walking, running and swimming at the lido (when it's not too cold!).

Laura teaches in Oak class sharing with Emily and teaches Art at HT. Having specialised in Art at university, Laura particularly loves teaching this subject. She enjoys being creative and reading a good book, especially during story time at school.

Emma teaches in Year 1 Beech class. Emma loves being outside and going for long walks. She also enjoys running, singing, painting, and baking in her free time.

Toby has previously taught in Year 3 & 5 before moving to Walnut class in Year 2 last year. He spends his spare time out on his mountain bike, running in the hills or planning his next trip to the mountains or the beach.

Nick is Head of Sport and Head of House. He loves getting involved in all aspects of school life can normally be found outside with his class or one of HTPD's many sports teams.

Before Georgie’s training to become a teacher she worked in settings for children and adults with autism and other special needs. She enjoys getting involved in anything to do with science and testing theories! Georgie loves being outdoors for long walks, picnics and gardening. You'll also often find her in the cinema or hunting for a good music gig.

Lydia has recently relocated to Surrey from Brighton. She has taught Year 2 and 5 and is really looking forward to joining Year 3 at HTPD. Lydia loves being outdoors and spends most of her weekends looking for an adventure. When she is not exploring, she fills her time running or relaxing with a good book.

Sarah is a Year 4 teacher and leads History. Her drama background means she is never happier than when dressing-up, either as an historical figure, an assembly character or for reading stories. She also has the fun of directing the Christmas play! Sarah loves to immerse herself in the world of sci-fi and fantasy and can usually be found practising her lightsaber skills, whipping up a potion or day-dreaming about Middle-earth.

Sheena has taught in years R, 1, 2 and 3 and has now moved to Year 4. Sheena lived in Texas for 6 years. In her spare time she likes to walk her dog and watch cookery shows. Sheena is a deputy DSL.

Ben teaches in Year 4. He loves being out and about. He enjoys watching his beloved Burnley FC, finding new places to eat or in his campervan trying to find the best waves.

Kayleigh teaches in Year 5 having previously taught in Year 4.

Helen is a year 5 and PPA teacher specialising in Drama. When not looking after her 2 children and performing in assemblies, Helen enjoys nothing more than creating dances for shows and for fun. She also loves reading books out to the class and following Reading FC in the championship.

Scarlett joins the Year 5 team this year, returning to her old primary school as a teacher! Outside of school, she loves all things artsy - especially music, reading and singing! She can often be spotted performing with her choir, or enjoying Guildford’s green spaces with her dog, Buddy.

Jo moves from the infants to the juniors this year. She enjoys running (very slowly!) around the beautiful Surrey Hills. She also loves all things crafty, and always has a creative project or two on the go. With a background in Geography, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for the subject with the children.

Danni trained at HTPD in Year 1&5. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with different recipes, chocolate cake being a favourite. She likes to be creative by drawing, painting and sometimes writing. She has travelled here and there and enjoys learning about different cultures. Her travelling highlight of last year was walking along The Great Wall of China. She also loves a good animation movie, Madagascar being top!

Kathryn relocated from London last year, where she taught for many years. Outside of school, she loves the great outdoors and is at her happiest when walking in the countryside or along the sea shore with her young family.

Alison teaches part-time across HT. She is head of Mandela House and supports the children in running the junior school ECO Team. She loves teaching practical lessons, particularly in maths and science, and is a keen reader, enjoying sharing story time with the children. Alison is an enthusiastic gardener and loves to spend time in the outdoors, and can often be seen walking her dog on Pewley Downs

Julia teaches part-time across HT.

Frances loves teaching young children and is delighted to be teaching each class at Pewley at some point each week. She has a tendency to invent a song for everything, from lining up, to remembering book bags and water bottles! Frances enjoys running, walking her dog, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Tracey heads up the Junior Year 3 and 4 special needs team and works with individuals and small groups of children with a variety of literacy skills.

Geraldine is our wonderful librarian who is a wealth of information about all things literary and so much more! Her enthusiasm spills over to us all. She goes beyond the realms of librarian offering us some great opportunies and clubs.

Ginnie has taught at HTPD for many years and presently teaches RE in Year 1 which she loves!

Catherine is a part-time teacher in Year 6, having moved from Reception this September. When she's not at school, she loves looking after her young daughter - especially on outside adventures! She also loves learning more about Jesus, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Lucy is our Home School Link Worker, our DDSL (deputy safeguarding lead) and young carers' champion. She is available to provide support for children, parents and carers. Together with Bridgit, she co-runs parent groups and coffee mornings. She is a link between home and school and can make supporting referrals to outside organisations such as local charities and is an ongoing contact as children move from school to school.

Louise is our languages teacher, with a main focus on French throughout the school and additionally a taster term in German and Spanish in Y6.

Laura's the enthusiastic Sports Co-Ordinator at Holy Trinity and works closely with Nick and other sports teachers arranging and co-ordinating matches and events with other schools.

Paul moved to Guildford after working as a Outdoor Education tutor in Scotland for many years. He now looks forward to supporting PE lessons with the use of some additional physical training and a holistic view of sport health and well-being. Working in smaller groups Paul is able to focus more on the needs of the individual.

Linda enjoys sharing her passion for music in Y3,4 and 5 and runs school music clubs, playing the piano with the children at every opportunity! She also works with Y3-6, helping our children who speak English as an additional language. Amidst her travel adventures, Linda has lived, studied and worked in France so understands the challenges of speaking a different language in a new country! In school Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Carla is a SEN TA in Year 4. She has taken to working in school like a duck to water and her cheery smile brings out the best in everyone she works with. She says she's not sporty but she loves getting stuck in with all our lessons including PE and the extra curricular activities. She's already got involved with sports events and residentials.

Cat is a specialist teacher working in our SEN team. She provides focused support for children individually or in small groups focused on reading, spelling and also maths. Currently, she is working in Y5. Cat has a particular interest in dyslexia. Cat has lived in New York and Tokyo but more recently you are likely to find her travelling down the river Wey in her kayak or walking the family dog on the Downs.
