Dear parents and carers,

DT has taken over the week this week as the children have been making their fabric toys in our DT lessons! The sewing skills have been very impressive and the children have shown great amounts of resilience and determination, getting themselves out of tangles, helping each other and waiting for help from their teachers. Well done, Year 1, for fabulous DT making skills.

Year One Sportshall Trip to the Spectrum on Wednesday 12th February

On Wednesday we are going to the Spectrum for our Year 1 Sportshall competition. The children need to wear their PE kit for the day so we will send it home on Monday or Tuesday. You can then keep it at home for the half term break.

Please let us know if you are able to come along.

We still need some helpers.

We will leave school promptly in the morning and return by 12.30. The children will have lunch at school as normal.
