Curriculum

JTLYK 13 December

Dear parents and carers,

It has been such an exciting week with our Christmas nativity on Tuesday! Thank you for providing such great costumes; the children were amazing, and both classes sang wonderfully as shepherds and camels. Next Tuesday, we will have our Year 1 Nativity and carols at St Mary’s Church in town. A few children in each class will act out the Nativity story, and then we will all sing some lovely carols. We are all getting excited for the holidays and for a fun Christmassy week next week!

Helpers to walk to and from church on Tuesday 17 December

We need some parent helpers to walk to and from St Mary’s church for our carols and nativity service. We will leave school at 9am and will return to school at 10.30am. If you’re around please get in touch to let us know, thank you so much in advance!  This event is a wonderful carol service with a simple nativity story told by some of the Year One children.
