JTLYK 28 February
Dear Parents,
We have had a busy start to the new term. On Monday we launched our transport topic and have been exploring different types of transport. Thank you for the transport pictures that have been put up on Tapestry. The children have enjoyed talking about them. If you have not done so yet and would like to, it is not too late!
Next week will be a little different as it is STEM curriculum week. We will spend some of our lesson time doing fairy-tale-themed computing, DT, science, and maths activities. It is also World Book Day on Thursday 6th March, so next week we will spend time looking at new books. We are very excited to be welcoming Catherine Crawford whose book "Big Bad Wolf Investigates Fairy Tales", to school on Monday 3rd March. Geraldine our librarian will have sent you a ParentMail with details about the chance to buy this book following the event.
Phonics
Please continue to practise all the phonemes and ‘Tricky words’.
