JTLYK 22 November

In maths, we have been working on solving word problems, using the bar model as a helpful visual tool to support their understanding. In English, the children are learning to write non-chronological reports and are currently focusing on the fascinating red panda. They are exploring how to structure their writing and present information effectively. In science, our topic is habitats and animal classification. The children have been learning how animals adapt to their environments and how to categorise them based on their characteristics.

Looking ahead, our school play this year is A Christmas Carol. As part of the performance, our children will be singing One More Sleep ‘til Christmas. For their part, they will need to wear pyjamas, so please have these ready closer to the event. We will begin practising the song next week, and the children are already getting excited about being part of the show.

Thank you for your continued support!
