HTPD 24/3/16

24 March 2016

Dear Parents,

Our first whole school “Pause Day”, gave all the children an opportunity to reflect deeply on the meaning of Easter. Do take a look at the photos on the website and Twitter to get a flavour of what happened. Together with the Easter service at Holy Trinity Church as well as making Easter gardens and an Easter egg hunt, all the children have found something special to help them understand God’s message of love, sacrifice and resurrection.

Congratulations to our biathlon teams who competed last weekend at Crystal Palace! With our girls’ team being placed 9th nationally, and our boys 7th, we really are proud of their success. It rounds off a fantastic term of sport! I’m delighted too to tell you that last week’s Sports Relief raised over £1400. Thank you for your continued support and generosity.

Finally, as this term finishes, can I wish all of you a very Happy Easter. I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday April 12th for what promises to be an excellent summer term. Until then, enjoy the holidays!

With best wishes
Clare
